Terms of Service

These Terms of Service ("Terms") are a legal agreement between you and Merry Mob ("we," "us," or "our") governing your use of the merrymob mobile application (the "App"). By creating an account or otherwise using the App, you agree to these Terms. If you don't agree, don't use the App.

Eligibility

The App is not directed to, and we do not knowingly permit use by, children under 13 (or the relevant minimum age in your jurisdiction). We do not currently verify age at signup — see our Privacy Policy for details.

Your Account

You're responsible for the accuracy of the information you provide when creating an account, and for keeping your password confidential. You're responsible for activity that happens under your account. Let us know right away if you suspect unauthorized access.

User Conduct and Content

The App lets you communicate with other players and organizers through group and event chat, and lets organizers create events that other users join. You agree not to:

• Harass, abuse, or threaten other users
• Post content that's unlawful, defamatory, or infringes someone else's rights
• Impersonate another person or misrepresent your affiliation with anyone
• Use the App to spam, scam, or solicit users for unrelated commercial purposes

If you encounter another user or message that violates these Terms, you can report the user or message directly in the App (from the message itself or a user's profile), or block a user to stop seeing their content and prevent them from contacting you (manage blocked users from Profile → Blocked Users). We may review reports and remove content, or suspend or terminate accounts, at our discretion.

We do not pre-screen user content, and we're not responsible for content posted by other users. We may, but aren't obligated to, remove content we determine violates these Terms.

Events and Registration Fees

Organizers may show an informational "registration fee" on an event. This is informational only — the App does not currently integrate a payment processor, and no payment is collected through the App for any event registration.

DUPR Integration

If you choose to link a DUPR (Dynamic Universal Pickleball Rating) account, we share your player identifier with DUPR to keep your rating in sync. Your use of DUPR's service is subject to DUPR's own terms, separate from these Terms.

Account Termination

You can request deletion of your account at any time from Profile → Delete Account. See our Privacy Policy for how account deletion works, including the 29-day grace period.

We may suspend or terminate your access to the App at our discretion, including for violation of these Terms, without prior notice.

Disclaimer of Warranties

The App is provided "as is" and "as available," without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied, including implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement. We don't guarantee the App will be uninterrupted, secure, or error-free.

Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Merry Mob will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or any loss of data, arising out of or related to your use of the App, even if we've been advised of the possibility of such damages.

Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Colorado, without regard to its conflict-of-laws principles.

Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. If we make material changes, we will notify you through the App or by other means before the changes take effect. Continued use of the App after changes take effect means you accept the updated Terms.
